Saint Joseph's Arts Foundation
Located in the country’s oldest arts colony, the renovated home of author and activist, Mary Heaton Vorse, is now The Provincetown Arts Society, which supports local artists and longstanding arts organizations of all genres; Culinary, Film, Stage, Performance, Painting and Literary. Programming includes guest chefs in collaboration with local artists, an annual outdoor film series, performing arts, curator conversations, fund-raisers and year-round artist residencies.

live: A Night in Havana

The Provincetown Arts Society in association with Fermin Rojas and John Thomas present the hottest event of the summer, A Night in Havana.
Presenting acclaimed singer Arian Carlos, 'the voice of Pinar del Río.' The repertoire will include Cuban classics, contemporary ballads, salsa, merengue and a tribute to Celia Cruz, the Queen of Cuban Music.

Odale's Cress's "Cuisine is a Dialect," Book Release and Reception

Culinary anthropologist Odale Cress takes you on an entertaining tour of Ptown, exploring its culture and history as told through foodways, traditions, and cuisines. The book is sprinkled with illustrations by the author and local artists, as well as prose, poetry, lyrics and recipes from prominent Ptown writers, songsmiths, and chefs. The launch party is July 7 at the Mary Heaton Vorse House.
